We operate a NO REFUND return policy, we accept returns for either an exchange or store credit within 5 days of you receiving your Item. Please ensure items are returned new, unused and with all Store Me Pretty tags still attached to them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of package arrival. Sale items are considered to be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please note, all original delivery fees are not refundable.
